Hello there, wonderful humans! My name is Axel, and I'm on the lookout for my forever home.
I'm a sensitive soul who would thrive best in a quieter home. I know change can be overwhelming, so I'll need a safe space where I can take my time to adjust and feel comfortable. With lots of patience and positive reinforcement, I promise I will warm up to you and eventually show you just how affectionate I can be-I absolutely love cuddles!
It's important to me to be included in all of your family activities, so I would really like to be allowed indoors. Being part of the family means so much to me!
I'm still learning my way around the outside world and can be a bit unsure when it comes to walking on a leash. I've been getting some help with that, and with a little more practice, I know I can improve and be your adorable walking buddy!
Right now, I'm not too interested in toys, but that might change in my new home. I'm hopeful that the love and encouragement from my new family will help me discover my playful side!
When it comes to meeting new doggie friends, I can be a bit hesitant at first. But give me a little time, and I'll be ready to jump into some fun games! I would thrive alongside a calm and social dog friend, so if you have one, I'd love to meet them first.
Lastly, I would need secure fencing in my new yard to keep me safe as I explore my surroundings.
