Meet Wicket, a gentle and affectionate boy in search of a peaceful forever home where he can feel safe and relaxed. Wicket is sweet, shy, and sensitive, responding well to a slow and gentle approach. He particularly enjoys chin scratches and quiet moments with his human companions.
Inexperienced adopters are welcome to provide Wicket with the loving home he deserves. He would benefit from a 3-5 day launch room period with spaces to retreat if he feels overwhelmed, ensuring a smooth transition. Wicket is best suited to a calm environment with older children who respect his space and minimal foot traffic.
Having previously lived with another cat, Wicket may be open to sharing his home with a feline friend, given proper introductions. - While our shelters are open, not every pet available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. To express your interest, Apply to Adopt online and if it's a perfect match you will be shortlisted and contacted via phone by our Adoption Team to discuss the animal in detail.
