Hi, I’m George
Please meet our lovely boy, George.
Whilst George may look a little rough around the edges, don't be fooled as inside there's a wonderful, calm and gentle fellow. He has a tiny bit of skin missing near his nose, which will soon be healed. This is courtesy of an encounter with a dog. His dirty, itchy ears were very uncomfortable for him and this is now being treated. Once he has his dental, George's makeover will be complete and he'll be good to go. Some other important notes are:-
* he is in excellent health and with loving care from his new human and a nutritious diet, George has many wonderful years ahead of him.
* a quiet, calm home would suit him best with older children who would respect his needs. (Definitely no dogs)
* an inside lifestyle for George is non-negotiable. Most of his current health issues could have been avoided if he had been kept away from the dangers of the outside environment.
* he could live with another friendly cat, if their introduction is appropriately carried out. He has lived with a 6 month old kitten.
* due to his quiet nature, George would benefit from a "launch room" in his new home. This is a comfortable space that has all his needs (food, water, bedding, toys and toilet) and he can retreat to it when he feels it is necessary.
