This affectionate girl is eager to greet people with excitement and loves to receive pats and attention. While she is social with humans, Beauty has missed out on some socialization in her early years, leading her to be a bit worried by the lead and unfamiliar sounds. It has been some time since she has been in a home environment, so novel sounds may be overwhelming for her. It is recommended that Beauty goes to a home with teens and another social pooch, as she loves the company of other dogs and would benefit from a confident friend to show her the way. Dog parks and off-leash areas may be too overwhelming for Beauty, so a calm and quiet environment would be ideal for her.
