Meet Silas!
Silas is a shy, sweet, and sensitive young man who has found shelter life a bit overwhelming. Although he is not one for the spotlight, Silas is sure to win the hearts of many with his good looks and soft personality. Inexperienced adopters are welcome, though some experience with shy cats would be beneficial. To help Silas settle into his new home, it's recommended to start him off in a launch room with plenty of places where he can retreat and hide when feeling overwhelmed, such as a cardboard box, igloo bed, or cat tower. This will provide him with a sense of security and comfort as he adjusts to his new surroundings.
Silas would do best in a calm and quiet home with low foot traffic, making it an ideal environment for him to thrive. He is great with respectful older kids who understand his need for a gentle and patient approach. With the right environment and a loving family, Silas is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion. - A property check may be required before ADOPTION to ensure the safety and welfare of adoption animals. Rental agreements allowing pets will be required for adoptions into rental properties. Differential pricing may apply.

- While our shelters are open, not every pet available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. To express your interest, Apply to Adopt online and if it's a perfect match you will be shortlisted and contacted via phone by our Adoption Team to discuss the animal in detail.
